    This luxury custom estate was constructed on a two-acre site in the prestigious Morgan’s Rise community, delivering over 7,500 sq. ft. of finished living space plus a 500+ sq. ft. secondary suite above the detached garage. The project showcases high-end residential construction, combining detailed craftsmanship, advanced building systems, and large-scale custom millwork throughout.


    The main level was designed with expansive open-concept living areas anchored by a custom-built chef’s kitchen featuring a large quartz island, premium appliance package, and fully custom cabinetry. Supporting spaces include formal living and dining areas, a dedicated home office with private exterior access, two powder rooms, a large mudroom with laundry rough-ins, a butler’s pantry, and a walk-in pantry with additional refrigeration capacity. Large-format windows on both east and west elevations were installed to maximize natural light and enhance interior spatial openness.


    The upper level includes a luxury primary suite with a five-piece ensuite and dressing room, along with three additional bedrooms, each constructed with its own private ensuite bathroom. A loft, media room, and full laundry facility with multi-unit dryer capacity were incorporated to support family living.


    The fully developed lower level was built to support entertainment and recreation, featuring a dedicated home theatre, fitness room, large recreation space with a custom bar, and two additional bedrooms with full bathrooms.


    Exterior living areas include large front and rear patios designed for outdoor entertaining and seamless indoor–outdoor integration.

      This three-storey modern infill residence was constructed in the sought-after community of South Calgary, delivering over 3,300 sq. ft. of developed living space designed for urban living and large-scale entertaining. The project emphasizes contemporary architecture, functional multi-level design, and premium interior finishes, while maximizing views of the downtown skyline.


      The main level was built with 10-foot ceilings and an open-concept layout that integrates the foyer, dining area, kitchen, and family room. Large windows and rear deck access provide strong natural light and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a large island, and a built-in wine refrigerator designed for entertaining.


      An open-rise staircase with overhead skylights connects all levels, enhancing vertical light flow through the home. The second floor includes three bedrooms and a dedicated laundry area. The primary suite was constructed as a spa-inspired retreat, featuring a custom walk-in closet, dual vanities, heated floors, a freestanding tub, oversized glass shower, and a feature skylight.
